MURDERER JUGLED AS HE AWAITS PENALTY

KISSIMMEE -- A judge granted a motion Tuesday to move convicted murderer Jermaine LeBron from the Osceola County Jail to a state prison while he awaits sentencing again next month.LeBron, 30, was convicted in 1998 for shooting Larry Neal Oliver Jr. to death because LeBron wanted his customized red pickup.For nearly 10 years, LeBron has alternated between life in prison and death row while waiting for clarification of his future. The Florida Supreme Court overturned his original death sentence, as it was again when he was given the death penalty a second time.
